Al Wala wal-Baraa.

Kinship, loyalty to the believers i.e. Muslim Ummah and abnegation of  non-believers.
The act of renouncing or rejecting something, "abnegation of political lawmaking power" synonyms: renunciation, rejection, refusal, abandonment, abdication, surrender, relinquishment, repudiation, denial; formal abjuration "a serious abnegation of their responsibilities".
The concept of al-Wala wal-Baraa is a key tenet within monotheism as is taught in some schools within Islamic theology.  Therefore any Muslim, who adheres to the fundamentals of Islam, must adhere to the precept of Wala wal-Baraa. The following is a theological conceptualization of al-Wala wal-Baraa, from an Islamic fundamentalist perspective, drawing from kuthba’s (sermons), and scripture from the Koran and Sunnah.

A central tenet within monotheism is the oneness of God. In Islam the word Tawheed, can be loosely translated into its English variant as monotheism, the Koran exhorts Muslims to love the people of Tawheed and hate the people of shirk, polytheism.

The Koran contains numerous scriptures on the obligation of Muslims one towards another, the following is quoted from the Koran is it pertains to, the Islamic precept of al-Wala wal-Baraa:
There is for you an excellent example to follow in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people; we are clear of you and whatever you worship besides Allah. We have rejected you. We have rejected you and between us and you is hatred and enmity forever, unless you believe in Allah and him alone.
The above Koranic scripture is clear in its precise language. The precept of al Wala wal-Baraa, is one of abnegation, denying oneself for the sake of ones creed, even if this means disavowal of all familial ties. Ones obligations and allegiances, is then owed to God only and the wider Muslim community (Ummah).
The following is another scriptural injunction from the Koran, in establishing the precept of kinship and disavowal in Islam:
O you who believe do not take your fathers and brothers as Awliyaa, if they love disbelief (kufr) instead of faith (iman), if any of you do so, they are wrongdoers (At-Tawbah 9:23).

“Your kindred are the believers and your allegiance is to Allah, to those who establish the Salat and pay the zakat, and bow down themselves to Allah. As for those who turn to Allah, His Messenger and the believers in kinship, it is the party of Allah that will triumph.

The Koran prescribes various conditions of a Muslim’s faith, obedience or disobedience to Koranic precepts nullifies or strengthens one's, Islam. What follows is scriptural (hadith), proof from the Koran in establishing what is elucidated herein: “When angels take the souls of those who die while they have wronged their souls, they say in what state were you? They reply: we were weak and oppressed in the earth. The angels say: was not the Earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away from evil? Such men will find their abode in Hell what an evil refuge!  Except those who are really weak and oppressed: men women and children who have no means in their power, nor can they find a means of escape. For these, there is hope that Allah will forgive, for Allah forgives gain and again.
The above pertains to immigration (Hijrah) from non-Muslim lands, to Muslim lands ruled by Islamic law (sharia).

The principles examined here, is simply an exercise to enlighten, those readers of this Blog from the Caribbean, particularly those who are attempting to use Islam, as a means of justifying criminal behavior and hiding behind a pseudo-Islamic facade.
