At least 200 people wearing
balaclavas and masks stormed the local administration building in the city of
Kharkov. Reports are that the men are from the Azov Battalion. The masked men reportedly clashed with
police and security forces at the city’s administration building. Those who
have entered the building have also reportedly used tear gas, the Ukrainian 112
channel is saying. The masked men held flags with the insignia of the dreaded
Azov battalion. Azov is a neo-Nazi militia integrated into the regular army in
Ukraine; Azov is responsible for a number of grave human rights violations and
numerous deaths. The mayor of the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov, Gennady
Kernes, has been shot in the back, the city council’s press service reports. He
is currently in serious condition in one of the city’s hospitals. Kernes was shot while cycling on a road in the north of
the city, Yury Sidorenko, of the mayor’s press service, told RT.
“They shot him in the back from
the forest,” Kernes’s friend Yury
Sapronov said. “The injury is serious. His lung is pierced and his liver
pierced all the way through.”
The mayor was taken to the local hospital at about 11:30 am (8:30 GMT) local time.
Following
an operation that lasted two hours, Valery Boyko, the surgeon who was treating
Kernes, called his condition serious as his diaphragm had been injured. He also
said that his interior organs have been damaged and he will remain in serious
condition for at least several days.
Boyko
said that the doctors had stopped the bleeding, but that Kernes is currently
unconscious.
“The operation was performed
successfully. Now we rely on God and wish strength to Gennady Kernes,” he added.

Stepan
Banderas is a World War II leader, of the Ukrainian Nationalist Independence
movement. Bandera naturally in
contemporary times is a polarizing figure, revered by nationalist groups in
Ukraine like Right Sector and Svoboda. Banderas was a nationalist whose
organization was allied to Nazi Germany for a time, I must say here that they
were also imprisoned by the Germans. Banderas was assassinated in Munich,
Germany, in 1959. Right Sector, Azov Battalion, and Svoboda incorporate Ukrainian
nationalist ideology and symbolism as well as Nazi i.e. Nordic symbolism and
mythological symbology, such as runes et al in their tattoos and flags. These are the groups that the US, is actively
supporting both materially and militarily in Ukraine at present. The leaders in
the US government demonstrate their, rabid hegemonic ambitions which, they
realize time and again through the use of neo-Nazi proxies in Eastern Europe
and al-Qaeda and other such groups in the Middle East.

Andriy Parubiy, co-founder of the Neo-Nazi Social-National
Party of Ukraine (subsequently renamed Svoboda) was appointed Secretary of the National Security and
National Defence Committee, a key position which oversees the Ministry of Defence, the Armed
Forces, Law Enforcement, National Security, and Intelligence. The RNBOU is a central
decision-making body. While it is formally headed by the president, it is run
by the Secretariat with a staff of 180 people including defense, intelligence, and national security experts.
Parubiy is one of the main leaders behind the
Orange Revolution in 2004. His organization was funded by the United States and
its western allies, mainly the NATO allied nations. Both Andriy Parubiy and
Oleh Tyahnybok are students of Stepan
Bandera.

Professor Michel Chossudovsky wrote in an article on
Global Research posted on February 26th, 2015: that According to the New
York Times, “The United States and the European Union have embraced the
revolution here as another lowering of democracy, a blow to authoritarianism and kleptocracy in the former Soviet

The
US using their pre-eminence in NATO and their influence over the EU initiated
the present Ukrainian crisis during the, so-called “Orange Revolution”. The present war footing
that the US is on with Russia, does not bode well for the planet, since both
these “super-powers”, possess awesome nuclear arsenals, that if activated will
spell absolute annihilation for the Earth’s populace. The insanity of the
present American government’s expansionist policy in Eastern Europe using
Ukraine as its gateway is a step on the threshold of a possible nuclear
showdown, between Russia and the US, which will most likely involve China and
Iran. America’s NATO allies all fit the biblical description of Ezekiel 38’s
war of Gog and Magog.
According
to the BBC the Azoz Battalion is not a neo-Nazi organization. The photo above

The photo above right is of Mantras/Runes carved into a rock in Tibet. In Tibet the pre-Buddhist
cultural value system is referred to by anthropologists, the Tibetans
themselves as well as a host of other disciplines and professions, as a
Shamanist culture. The Tibetan practitioners of Bon consider themselves to be
Shamen. The Shamanism of Tibet is ancient and it incorporates Black magic as
well as so-called, “white magic”. The
Tibetans have written extensively, about their spiritual value system a well-known work on Tibetan Shamanism, is the “Tibetan
book of the Dead”. The Bonpo Shamen, were and still many are members of a
clan guild. The Bon Shaman, like Shamen, of every culture globally, are visited
then possessed, by an “ancestral spirit”,
a god or a demon this is their own account, not mine.
The possessed would then become “divinely mad”; temporarily retreating
into the wilderness, the Shaman lived primitive existences i.e., “like an animal” and saw visions of
him/her self devoured by animals. After the possessed, returned to their clan,
they were taught by elder Shamen, how to use their powers, and how to invoke
spirits, to do their bidding through the incantation of mantras. The writer
Allan Bullock said of Hitler; “His power
to bewitch an audience has been likened to the occult art of the African
medicine man or the Asiatic shaman: others have compared it to the sensitivity
of a medium and the magnetism of a hypnotist”. Herman Rauschning an aide to Hitler wrote in
Hitler speaks: “One cannot help thinking
of him as a medium. For most of the time mediums, are ordinary, insignificant
people. Suddenly they are endowed with what seems to be supernatural powers,
which set them apart from the rest of humanity. The medium is possessed. Once
the crisis is passed, they fall back into mediocrity. It was in this way,
beyond any doubt, that Hitler was possessed by forces outside of himself,
almost demoniacal forces of which the individual man, Hitler, was only a
temporary vehicle. The mixture of the banal and the supernatural created that
insupportable duality of which one was conscious in his…it was like looking at
a bizarre face whose expression seemed to reflect an unbalanced state of mind
coupled with a disquieting impression of hidden powers. Here then is
incontrovertible proof from one of Hitler’s intimates, that he was possessed in
the manner of a shaman, he also spoke of Hitler as a “medium” a vehicle for
demonic powers. Hitler incorporated a “value system”, predicated on the
cultural and spiritual value system of his, Aryan-Nordic heritage, hereby
galvanizing an entire nation behind his message of National Socialism couched
under a Nordic shamanic spiritual value system. The anthropological aspect of
this essay will reveal a certain cohesion of the Aryan civilization in the past
and that background will shed light on the present, tug of war for Crimea,
Donetsk and Lagansk.
The word Rune means secret or
mystery in early English and related languages. Hitler claimed: “to understand the Nazi’s you must
understand Wagner”. Wagner composed such musical works, like, “The Ride of the Valkeries”. Wagner was a xenophobic composer, lauded
throughout Europe by many people; Hitler was one of his greatest fans.
The Amazon’s in ancient Aryan
mythology were a tribe of female warriors, who typically personified male
characteristics. The Amazon’s were known as Valkeries in Northern Europe, the
warrior maidens from Valhalla (heaven). The Valkerie legend is also told in
Greek mythology, the Greek historian Herodotus, said the Amazons were enemies
of the Greeks and he claimed that they lived in the steppe lands of the Ukraine
and southern Russia, once known as Scythia and Sauromatia. Other areas in which
they were said to be resident are Lydia, Phrygia, Cappadocia, Taurus, Lennos
and Lesbos from whence we get Lesbian. Among the “gods and goddesses”, was Artemis a name for, Hecate the dark Moon
goddess (Diana). The Scythians worshipped the same goddess as the Amazon’s, her male devotees castrated
themselves and clothed themselves as women, during worship rituals. It is
interesting to note that historically Russia and nearly all of the break-away
republics shared the same oral history and spirituality i.e. mythology including Ukraine. That the Nazi’s were accomplished “wizards”, through meticulous study of their Nordic-Aryan pre-history
and the cultural spiritual value system associated with it.

In 2007- 2008, I became aware of
the BRICS powers when the Apostle DR S.D. James spoke on the coming together of
the nations that formed the BRIC, later South Africa joined their ranks
transforming the acronym to BRICS.
Directs the President, to submit a plan to Congress for accelerating
NATO and European missile defence efforts. In mid-July, NATO’s Europe
commander General Philip Breedlove in consultation with the Pentagon and
Britain’s Ministry of Defence, called for:“stockpiling a base in Poland
with enough weapons, ammunition and other supplies to support a rapid

As a response to NATO’s deployments on Russia’s borders, conducted early in
November a series of war games in the sea of Barent. The Russian military
tested: “it’s entire nuclear triad
consisting of strategic bombers; submarines” and the “silo-based Topol-M intercontinental ballistic missile launched from
Plesetsk in Arkhangelsk Oblast” on November 1st. On November 18th
a major resolution H. Res. 758 was introduced in the House of Representatives.
“Russian analysts say that Putin’s
statements were made out of a desire to emphasize Kiev’s dependence on the U.S.
and the EU. Viktor Militaryov, vice president of the Institute for National
Strategy, told RBTH that while “of course, the Ukrainian armed forces are not
officially a NATO structure,” in his statement, Putin was implying that they
are not acting on their own initiative. In Militaryov’s view, Putin was
essentially saying that NATO and especially the United States “are using Kiev
and its armed forces for geopolitical provocations against Russia.”
According
to Iosif Diskin, co-Chairman of the National Strategy Council, Putin’s
statements can be interpreted to mean that the U.S. is trying to drive a wedge
between Russia and Europe using the Ukrainian armed forces.

here : “With daily reportage of the
‘invasion’ of Russian military forces into Ukraine territory (admittedly
unconfirmed by NATO), this clip raises many questions about American
involvement in the ongoing conflict – most of all, was the US involved in
“staging” the Mariupol massacre, and if so it is clear who should be blamed
(and isolated).Of course, US troops, or at least mercs, on the ground, should
not be a total surprise, since just 2 months ago, we discussed the hacked US
documents that revealed the extent of undisclosed US “lethal aid” being given
to the Ukraine army. What was apparently left unleaked was the part of the US
aid also includes US-speaking soldiers. The only question is whether US

as a means of strengthening the claims made in this essay. First though an
article in the Washington Post written by Michael Faulkner in 2004, wherein he
stated that the US was “meddling”, in the Ukraine. Here are some excerpts from
his piece: Washington Post in an op-ed titled, “‘Meddling’
In Ukraine Democracy is not an American plot,”
that:
“Did
Americans meddle in the internal affairs of Ukraine? Yes. The American agents
of influence would prefer different language to describe their activities —
democratic assistance, democracy promotion, civil society support, etc. — but
their work, however labelled, seeks to influence political change in Ukraine.
The U.S. Agency for International Development, the National Endowment for
Democracy and a few other foundations sponsored certain U.S. organizations,
including Freedom House, the International Republican Institute, the National
Democratic Institute, the Solidarity Center, the
Eurasia Foundation, Internews and several others to provide small grants and
technical assistance to Ukrainian civil society. The European Union, individual
European countries and the Soros-funded International Renaissance Foundation.
The Guardian carried a 2004 article titled: “US campaign behind the turmoil in Kiev,”
“But
while the gains of the orange bedecked chestnut revolution are Ukraine’s the campaign is an
American creation, a sophisticated and brilliantly conceived exercise in
Western mass marketing and branding, that in four countries in four years, has
been used to try to save rigged elections and topple unsavoury regimes. Funded
and organised by the US government, deploying US consultancies, pollsters,
diplomats, the two big American parties and US non-government organisations,
the campaign was first used in Europe in Belgrade in 2000 to beat Slobodan
Milosevic at the ballot box. Richard Miles, the US ambassador in Belgrade, played a
key role. And by last year, as US ambassador in Tbilisi, he repeated the trick
in Georgia, coaching Mikhail Saakashvili in how to bring down Eduard
Shevardnadze.
The American corporate
hierarchy and their sponsored proxies are listed on the list above. It includes,
Otpor top right, Bersh, Project Middle East Democracy, Prachatai and Free
Malaysia Today. These are the corporate backers of the, “Arab Spring”
and all the “Color Revolutions”, mentioned previously. So called
revolutions masterminded from boardrooms and mass marketed through their NGO’s
to whomever, they’ve recruited for their cause. The scenario sounds like
something out of Robert Ludlums “Lazarus Project”, but in this case his
book was inspired by our present reality.
Ten months after the
success in Belgrade, the US ambassador in Minsk, Michael Kozak, a veteran of
similar operations in central America, notably in Nicaragua, organised a near
identical campaign to try to defeat the Belarus hardman, Alexander Lukashenko. That one failed. “There will be no Kostunica in Belarus,” the Belarus
president declared, referring to the victory in Belgrade. But experience gained in Serbia,
Georgia and Belarus has been invaluable in plotting to beat the regime of
Leonid Kuchma in Kiev. The operation – engineering democracy through the ballot
box and civil disobedience – is now so slick that the methods have matured into
a template for winning other people’s elections”. The exact tactics were
repeated during the so called “Arab Spring” and the “Euromaidan”, in 2013-2014,
in Europe.
Steve Clemons wrote in The Atlantic
that: “At an earlier session, Senator Udall said
that those who believed that the Arab Spring was an organic revolution from
within these countries were wrong -- and that the West and NATO in particular
had been primary drivers of results in Libya -- and that the West had helped
animate and move affairs in Egypt. Udall provocatively added Syria to
that list as well.
The following is the

botched April 6 protests, the leaders realized in their aftermath, had been an
object lesson in the limits of social networking as a tool of democratic
revolution. Facebook could bring together tens of thousands of sympathizers
online, but it couldn’t organize them once they logged off. It was a useful
communication tool to call people to — well, to what? The April 6 leaders did
not know the answer to this question. So they decided to learn from others who
did. In the summer of 2009, Mohamed Adel, a 20-year-old blogger and April 6
activist, went to Belgrade, Serbia”. In the piece above social media was the tool used to
mobilise the “masses”, mainly
students and working class people who were “internet
savvy”. The “social media”,
aspect is where Wael Ghonim of Google came into play.
Ghonim above was “jailed” in fact it was claimed that he went missing, during the
protest’s in Egypt when he was released days later he became instantly famous,
an easy feat for a Google marketing
executive. Ghonim was linked to the April, six movement,
the Muslim Brotherhood and some groupings of the working class.
The following is the continuation of the FP article: “The Serbian capital is home to the Center for Applied Non Violent
Action and Strategies, or CANVAS, an organization run by young Serbs who had
cut their teeth in the late 1990s student uprising against Slobodan Milosevic.
After ousting him, they embarked on the ambitious project of figuring out how
to translate their success to other countries”. “They
have worked with democracy advocates from more than 50 countries. They have
advised groups of young people on how to take on some of the worst governments
in the world — and in Georgia, Ukraine, Syria-occupied Lebanon, the Maldives,
and now Egypt, those young people won”. “The April 6 Youth Movement, along with a similar group called
Kefaya, became the most important organizers of the 18-day peaceful uprising
that culminated in President Hosni Mubarak’s departure on Feb. 11. “The April 6
Movement and Kifaya are the groups that have led the charge in actually getting
protesters organized and onto the streets,” a Feb. 3 report from
the geopolitical analysis group Stratfor said. The tactics were straight out of
CANVAS’s training curriculum. “I got trained in how to conduct peaceful
demonstrations, how to avoid violence, and how to face violence from the
security forces … and also how to organize to get people on the streets,” Adel
said of his experience with the Serbs, in an interview with Al Jazeera English
on Feb. 9. “We were quite amazed they did so much with so little,” Srdja
Popovic, one of CANVAS’s leaders, told me.
“Revolutions are often seen as spontaneous,” Ivan Marovic, a former CANVAS
trainer, told me in Washington a few years ago. “It looks like people just went
into the street. But it’s the result of months or years of preparation. It is
very boring until you reach a certain point, where you can organize mass
demonstrations or strikes. If it is carefully planned, by the time they start,
everything is over in a matter of weeks.”
CANVAS is hardly the first organization to
teach people living under dictatorship the skills they can use to overthrow it;
the U.S. government and its allies have funded democracy-promotion
organizations around the world since the early years of the Cold War. Living
under two dictatorships — Chile under Augusto Pinochet and Nicaragua under the
Sandinistas — and visiting perhaps a dozen others, I had seen armies of them at
work and served as an election monitor myself. But I had never seen anything
like CANVAS” There, we have credible
evidence from the players themselves, about who, funded, trained and educated
them on how to bring about, a “staged
revolution”.
The
United States President Barack Obama was recently interviewed by Fareed
Zakaria, during the interview he admitted that the US, “had brokered a deal to transition power in Ukraine.”Timothey
Alexander Guzman told Sputnik that: “Obama’s
statement is reiterating something that the world public opinion already knew —
the US was involved in the coup of [ex-Ukrainian President] Viktor Yanukovych
from the start. History shows us that the US has overthrown numerous
governments in Latin America, Asia and Africa and replaced them with leaders
that ruled with a fascist ideology that proved useful for Washington’s
geopolitical interests.”Law Professor at the University of Illinois College
of Law Francis Boyle said the following of Obama’s Ukraine strategy : “I think he (Obama), has made it very clear
that he is going ,to continue to take a Brzezinski hard-lined approach toward
Ukraine and Russia and that there are not going to be any compromises at all,
and effectively he expects President Putin to throw in a towel, capitulate,
whatever, it does not appear to me there is any ground for negotiations in
light of what President Obama at least said publicly,” Professor Sobell
made a statement that: “Mr President
[Obama] should be aware that Yanukovych fled [Ukraine] because he had solid
reasons to fear for his life. The hallowed Maidan was not a peaceful democratic
regime change, as it was presented in Western media, but a violent putch
complete with murderous acts by hired assassins.” Sobell made the
devastating claim that: “unnamed EU
officials affirm that on February 20 snipers shot both demonstrators and police
dead, in order to provoke chaos”. He went even further stating that: “These crimes, he continued, are not being
investigated by Kiev’s “democratic — Western values” regime or its Western
sponsors, as “today it is ok to install
a Nazi-driven regime by these means and then demand that Western tax- payers
support it.”

The H. Res. 758 directly accuses Russia
of having invaded Ukraine and it invokes article 5 of the Washington Treaty,
which is NATO’s collective security doctrine. The resolution accuses Russia of
military aggression. The resolution accuses Russia of: “using the supply of energy for political coercion”. The resolution
advises the US President in concert with the US Congress to : “conduct a review of the force
posture, readiness, and responsibilities of the United States Armed Forces and
the forces of other members of NATO to determine if the contributions and
actions of each is sufficient to meet the obligations of collective self
defence under article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty and to specify the
measures needed to remedy any deficiencies” .The language of the resolution
places Russia and America on a war footing, which may escalate in all out war,
on any number of fronts. The present US-led NATO alliance it’s mid-east allies
and proxies, and Russia its allies, specifically China and Iran and their
mid-east Shia proxies all fit the pre-conditions and prerequisites of
fulfilling Ezekiel 38. H.Res.758 below

Strongly condemning the actions of the Russian Federation,
under President Vladimir Putin, which has carried out a policy of aggression
against neighbouring countries aimed at political and economic domination.
Whereas upon entering office in 2009,
President Barack Obama announced his intention to `reset’ relations with the
Russian Federation, which was described by former United States Ambassador to
Russia Michael McFaul as a policy to `engage with Russia to seek agreement on
common interests’, which included the negotiation of the Strategic Arms
Reduction Treaty (New START) in which the United States agreed to major reductions
in its nuclear forces;
Whereas the Russian Federation has responded
to this policy with openly anti-American rhetoric and actions and with armed
aggression against United States allies and partner countries, including
Ukraine and the Republic of Georgia;
Whereas the Russian Federation has subjected
Ukraine to a campaign of political, economic, and military aggression for the
purpose of establishing its domination over the country and progressively
erasing its independence;
Whereas the Russian Federation’s invasion of,
and military operations on, Ukrainian territory represent gross violations of
Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity and a violation
of international law, including the Russian Federation’s obligations under the
United Nations Charter;
Whereas the Russian Federation’s forcible
occupation and illegal annexation of Crimea and its continuing support for
separatist and paramilitary forces in eastern Ukraine are violations of its
obligations under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances, in which
it pledged to respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders
of Ukraine and to refrain from the threat or use of force against the
territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine;
Whereas the Russian Federation has provided
military equipment, training, and other assistance to separatist and
paramilitary forces in eastern Ukraine that has resulted in over 4,000 civilian
deaths, hundreds of thousands of civilian refugees, and widespread destruction;
Whereas the Ukrainian military remains at a
significant disadvantage compared to the armed forces of the Russian Federation
in terms of size and technological sophistication;
Whereas the United States strongly supports
efforts to assist Ukraine to defend its territory and sovereignty against
military aggression by the Russian Federation and by separatist forces;
Whereas the terms of the ceasefire specified
in the Minsk Protocol that was signed on September 5, 2014, by representatives
of the Government of Ukraine, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-backed
separatists in the eastern area of the Ukraine have been repeatedly violated by
the Russian Federation and the separatist forces it supports;
Whereas separatist forces in areas they
controlled in eastern Ukraine prevented the holding of elections on May 25,
2014, for a new President of Ukraine and on October 26, 2014, for a new Rada,
thereby preventing the people of eastern Ukraine from exercising their
democratic right to select their candidates for office in free and fair
elections;
Whereas, on November 2, 2014, separatist
forces in eastern Ukraine held fraudulent and illegal elections in areas they
controlled for the supposed purpose of choosing leaders of the illegitimate
local political entities they have declared;
Whereas the Russian Federation has recognized
the results of the illegal elections and continues to provide the military,
political, and economic support without which the separatist forces could not
continue to maintain their areas of control;
Whereas the reestablishment of peace and
security in Ukraine requires the full withdrawal of Russian forces from
Ukrainian territory, the resumption of the government’s control over all of the
country’s international borders, the disarming of the separatist and
paramilitary forces in the east, an end to Russia’s use of its energy exports
and trade barriers to apply economic and political pressure, and an end to
Russian interference in Ukraine’s internal affairs;
Whereas Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, a
civilian airliner, was destroyed by a Russian-made missile provided by the
Russian Federation to separatist forces in eastern Ukraine, resulting in the
loss of 298 innocent lives;
Whereas the Russian Federation has used and
is continuing to use coercive economic measures, including the manipulation of
energy prices and supplies, as well as trade restrictions, to place political
and economic pressure on Ukraine;
Whereas military forces of the Russian
Federation and of the separatists it controls have repeatedly violated the
terms of the ceasefire agreement announced on September 5, 2014;
Whereas the Russian Federation invaded the
Republic of Georgia in August 2008, continues to station military forces in the
regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, and is implementing measures intended to
progressively integrate these regions into the Russian Federation;
Whereas the Russian Federation continues to
subject the Republic of Georgia to political and military intimidation,
economic coercion, and other forms of aggression in an effort to establish its
control of the country and to prevent Georgia from establishing closer
relations with the European Union and the United States;
Whereas the Russian Federation continues to
station military forces in the Transniestria region of Moldova;
Whereas the Russian Federation continues to
provide support to the illegal separatist regime in the Transniestria region of
Moldova;
Whereas the Russian Federation continues to
subject Moldova to political and military intimidation, economic coercion, and
other forms of aggression in an effort to establish its control of the
countries and to prevent efforts by Moldova to establish closer relations with
the European Union and the United States;
Whereas under the terms of the Intermediate-Range
Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF), a flight-test or deployment of any INF-banned
weapon delivery vehicle by the Russian Federation constitutes a violation of
the INF Treaty;
Whereas, on July 29, 2014, the United States
Department of State released its report on the Adherence to and Compliance with
Arms Control, Non-proliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments, as
required by Section 403 of the Arms Control and Disarmament Act, for calendar
year 2013, which found that, `[t]he United States has determined that the
Russian Federation is in violation of its obligations under the INF Treaty not
to possess, produce, or flight-test a ground-launched cruise missile (GLCM)
with a range capability of 500 km to 5,500 km, or to possess or produce
launchers of such missiles.
Whereas according to reports, the Government
of the Russian Federation has repeatedly engaged in the infiltration of, and
attacks on, computer networks of the United States Government, as well as
individuals and private entities, for the purpose of illicitly acquiring
information and disrupting operations, including by supporting Russian
individuals and entities engaged in these actions;
Whereas the political, military, and economic
aggression against Ukraine and other countries by the Russian Federation
underscores the enduring importance of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO) as the cornerstone of collective Euro-Atlantic defence;
Whereas the United States reaffirms its
obligations under the North Atlantic Treaty, especially Article 5 which states
that `an armed attack against one or more’ of the treaty signatories `shall be
considered an attack against them all’;
Whereas the Russian Federation is continuing
to use its supply of energy as a means of political and economic coercion
against Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and other European countries;
Whereas the United States strongly supports
energy diversification initiatives in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and other
European countries to reduce the ability of the Russian Federation to use its
supply of energy for political and economic coercion, including the development
of domestic sources of energy, increased efficiency, and substituting Russian
energy resources with imports from other countries;
Whereas the Russian Federation continues to
conduct an aggressive propaganda effort in Ukraine in which false information
is used to subvert the authority of the legitimate national government,
undermine stability, promote ethnic dissension, and incite violence;
Whereas the Russian Federation has expanded
the presence of its state-sponsored media in national languages across central
and western Europe with the intent of using news and information to distort
public opinion and obscure Russian political and economic influence in Europe;
Whereas expanded efforts by United States
international broadcasting across all media in the Russian and Ukrainian
languages are needed to counter Russian propaganda and to provide the people of
Ukraine and the surrounding regions with access to credible and balanced
information;
Whereas the Voice of America and Radio Free
Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), Incorporated continue to represent a minority
market share in Ukraine and other regional states with significant
ethno-linguistic Russian populations who increasingly obtain their local and
international news from Russian state-sponsored media outlets;
Whereas the United States International
Programming to Ukraine and Neighbouring Regions Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-96)
requires the Voice of America and RFE/RL, Incorporated to provide programming
content to target populations in Ukraine and Moldova 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, including at least 8 weekly hours of total original video and television
content and 14 weekly hours of total audio content while expanding cooperation
with local media outlets and deploying greater content through multimedia
platforms and mobile devices; and
Whereas Vladimir Putin has established an
increasingly authoritarian regime in the Russian Federation through fraudulent
elections, the persecution and jailing of political opponents, the elimination
of independent media, the seizure of key sectors of the economy and enabling
supporters to enrich themselves through widespread corruption, and implementing
a strident propaganda campaign to justify Russian aggression against other
countries and repression in Russia, among other actions: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved,
That
the House of Representatives–
(1) strongly supports the efforts by
President Poroshenko and the people of Ukraine to establish a lasting peace in
their country that includes the full withdrawal of Russian forces from its
territory, full control of its international borders, the disarming of
separatist and paramilitary forces eastern Ukraine, the adoption of policies to
reduce the ability of the Russian Federation to use energy exports and trade
barriers as weapons to apply economic and political pressure, and an end to
interference by the Russian Federation in the internal affairs of Ukraine;
(2) affirms the right of Ukraine, Georgia,
Moldova, and all countries to exercise their sovereign rights within their
internationally recognized borders free from outside intervention and to
conduct their foreign policy in accordance with their determination of the best
interests of their peoples;
(3) condemns the continuing political,
economic, and military aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine,
Georgia, and Moldova and the continuing violation of their sovereignty,
independence, and territorial integrity;
(4) states that the military intervention by
the Russian Federation in Ukraine–
(A) is in breach of its obligations under the
United Nations Charter;
(B) is in violation of the 1994 Budapest
Memorandum on Security Assurances in which it pledged to respect the
independence, sovereignty, and existing borders of Ukraine and to refrain from
the threat of the use of force against the territorial integrity or political
independence of Ukraine; and
(C) poses a threat to international peace and
security;
(5) calls on the Russian Federation to
reverse its illegal annexation of the Crimean peninsula, to end its support of
the separatist forces in Crimea, and to remove its military forces from that
region other than those operating in strict accordance with its 1997 agreement
on the Status and Conditions of the Black Sea Fleet Stationing on the Territory
of Ukraine;
(6) calls on the President to cooperate with
United States allies and partners in Europe and other countries around the
world to refuse to recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea by the Russian
Federation;
(7) calls on the Russian Federation to remove
its military forces and military equipment from the territory of Ukraine,
Georgia, and Moldova, and to end its political, military, and economic support
of separatist forces;
(8) calls on the Russian Federation and the
separatist forces it controls in Ukraine to end their violations of the
ceasefire announced in Minsk on September 5, 2014;
(9) calls on the President to cooperate with
United States allies and partners in Europe and other countries around the
world to impose visa bans, targeted asset freezes, sectoral sanctions, and
other measures on the Russian Federation and its leadership with the goal of
compelling it to end its violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial
integrity, to remove its military forces and equipment from Ukrainian
territory, and to end its support of separatist and paramilitary forces;
(10) calls on the President to provide the
Government of Ukraine with defence articles, services, and training required to
effectively defend its territory and sovereignty;
(11) calls on the President to provide the
Government of Ukraine with appropriate intelligence and other relevant
information to assist the Government of Ukraine to defend its territory and
sovereignty;
(12) calls on North Atlantic Treaty
Organization (NATO) allies and United States partners in Europe and other
nations around the world to suspend all military cooperation with Russia,
including prohibiting the sale to the Russian Government of lethal and
non-lethal military equipment;
(13) reaffirms the commitment of the United
States to its obligations under the North Atlantic Treaty, especially Article
5, and calls on all Alliance member states to provide their full share of the
resources needed to ensure their collective defence;
(14) urges the President, in consultation
with Congress, to conduct a review of the force posture, readiness, and
responsibilities of United States Armed Forces and the forces of other members
of NATO to determine if the contributions and actions of each are sufficient to
meet the obligations of collective self-defence under Article 5 of the North
Atlantic Treaty and to specify the measures needed to remedy any deficiencies;
(15) urges the President to hold the Russian
Federation accountable for violations of its obligations under the
Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty and to take action to bring the
Russian Federation back into compliance with the Treaty;
(16) urges the President to conduct a review
of the utility of the INF Treaty in securing United States interests and the
consequences for the United States of withdrawing from the Treaty if the
Russian Federation does not return to compliance with its provisions;
(17) calls on Ukraine, the European Union,
and other countries in Europe to support energy diversification initiatives to
reduce the ability of the Russian Federation to use its supply of energy as a
means of applying political and economic pressure on other countries, including
by promoting increased natural gas and other energy exports from the United
States and other countries;
(18) urges the President to expedite the
United States Department of Energy’s approval of liquefied natural gas exports
to Ukraine and other European countries;
(19) calls on the President and the United
States Department of State to develop a strategy for multilateral coordination
to produce or otherwise procure and distribute news and information in the
Russian language to countries with significant Russian-speaking populations
which maximizes the use of existing platforms for content delivery such as the
Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), Incorporated,
leverages indigenous public-private partnerships for content production, and
seeks in-kind contributions from regional state governments;
(20) calls on the United States Department of
State to identify positions at key diplomatic posts in Europe to evaluate the
political, economic, and cultural influence of Russia and Russian
state-sponsored media and to coordinate with host governments on appropriate
responses;
(21) calls upon the Russian Federation to
seek a mutually beneficial relationship with the United States that is based on
respect for the independence and sovereignty of all countries and their right
to freely determine their future, including their relationship with other
nations and international organizations, without interference, intimidation, or
coercion by other countries; and
(22) calls for the
reestablishment of a close and cooperative relationship between the people of
the United States and the Russian people based on the shared pursuit of
democracy, human rights, and peace among all nations.
The resolution presented above
indefinitely aligns the American-led NATO coalition, their interests and
proxies on a war footing with Russia. The contemporary alignment of nations in
the present geo-political context, their alliances, interests and proxies all directly
mirrored and referenced in Ezekiel 38, the Daniel prophecies and
Revelations/The Apocalypse. Here I will delve into the significance of Bible
prophecy as it pertains to contemporary times and the future outcome. Ezekiel
38: 1 And the word of the Lord came unto me saying. 2 Son of man set thy face
against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meschech and Tubal and prophecy
against him. 3 And say , Thus saith the Lord God: Behold Iam against thee, O
Gog, the chief prince of Mesechech and Tubal: 4 And I will turn thee back and put hooks into thy jaw , and I will thee forth, and all thine army, horses
and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armor, even a great company
with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and
Libya with them all; all of them with shield and helmet: 6 Gomer, and all his
bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many

Foreign Policy carried an article written by Julie Ioffe on September
18, 2015 captioned: “THE PENTAGON IS
PREPARING NEW WAR PLANS FOR A BALTIC BATTLE AGAINST RUSSIA”.
“Given the security
environment, given the actions of Russia, it has become apparent that we need
to make sure to update the plans that we have in response to any potential
aggression against any NATO allies,” says one senior defense official familiar
with the updated plans”.
“Russia’s invasion of eastern Ukraine
made the U.S. dust off its contingency plans,” says Michèle Flournoy, a former
undersecretary of defense for policy and co-founder of the Center for a New
American Security. “They were pretty out of date.”
Protection of the Baltics.
That
is, the Pentagon does not envision a scenario in which Russia doesn’t manage to
grab some Baltic territory first. The goal is to deter — Defense Secretary
Ashton Carter announced this summer that the United States would be sending dozens
of tanks, armored vehicles, and howitzers to the Baltics and Eastern Europe —
and, if that fails, to painstakingly regain NATO territory.
The
Pentagon is also chewing on various hybrid warfare scenarios, and even a nuclear one. “As you look at
published Russian doctrine, I do believe people are thinking about use of
tactical nuclear weapons in a way that hadn’t been thought about for many
years,” says the senior defense official. “The doctrine clearly
talks about it, so it would be irresponsible to not at least read that
doctrine, understand what it means. Doctrine certainly doesn’t mean that they
would do it, but it would be irresponsible to at least not be thinking through
those issues. Any time there is nuclear saber rattling, it is always a concern,
no matter where it comes from.”
Not that I put much stock in her or the
defense officials’, however it is instructive to quote them liberally here,
since they are publicly admitting that the US is on a war footing with Russia.
A full fledged war between America and Russia is inevitable; such a war it
seems can be triggered through a variety of means. On one hand the
Syrian-Russian alliance with the recent Russian military build-up in Syria,
presents a growing worst case scenario for such a war. The Ukrainian reality at
present is also rife with opportunities for both Russia and America to initiate
a war, involving an American led NATO war with Russia and her Eastern European
proxies. In the Middle East any confrontation with Iranian proxies in Syria or
Iraq can be the catalyst for an American-Russian war. The bellicose talk coming
from Israel’s Netanyahu is an assured open door for all out protracted war with
Iran, which will inevitably involve Russia and perhaps peripherally at the
outset China, any prolonged war effort
will necessitate the entrance of China on a the level of armed conflict on the
side of its allies Iran and Russia. However for an Ezekiel 38 scenario to be
fully realized, within the context previously outlined, as per the scripture
chapter 5 of Ezekiel 38 states: 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya
with them all; all of them with shield and helmet: 6 Gomer, and all his bands;
the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people
with thee. 7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou and all thy

military alliance involving Persia or Iran, Ethiopia and Libya, Gomer and all
his bands the house of Togarmah of the north quarters and all his bands. Presently
Libya is divided along sectarian lines, with two ideologically opposed “governments”. According to scripture
Libya will eventually, come under the sphere of political influence of Russia,
China and Iran, which is highly likely given today’s combustible and erratic
geo-political climate. Ethiopia, formerly an outright Marxist government, under
Russia’s political and military influence, is today a client of the US, with a
52% Muslim population with about 43% of its population professing Christianity
and the rest are animist’s with a few still professing Judaism, but because of
the anti-Jewish climate that still prevails in Ethiopia, they either lie about
their faith claiming Orthodox Christian while still practicing their faith in
secret. It is entirely possible for the present Ethiopian reality to shift in
support of a Russo-Chino-Persian alliance, given the fact that Russia and China
are cooperating in building the railway linking Eurasia and the gas pipeline
servicing the same. Such a strategic geo-political, cultural alliance will,
create an economic boom, which states such as Ethiopia and many others in
Africa and the ME will want to be a part of. I envision given current
developments in the financial spheres in China and Russia respectively in creating
a new geo-financial reality, that seeks to avoid, avert and become totally
immune to the American sanctions regime and to as much as is feasibly possible
become semi-independent of the US economy.
The current state of affairs if
they remain as is within the context of Syria’s and Iraq’s governments deteriorating
ability to govern, and Russia’s increasing military presence in the region, the
climate and players for the fulfillment of the Ezekiel prophecy would be
fulfilled since they are all in the exact theater prophesied by Ezekiel.
